Anti-ragging cell has been functioning in the college since the Government have made specific instruction in this regard to prevent ragging in educational institutions. Ragging is strictly banned and anybody found guilty of ragging and/or abetting ragging, he/she is liable to be punished.

Special care is being taken for this purpose by the administration of the college. The Anti-Ragging committee is represented by some senior faculty members and staff of the college. Their primary duty is to make the campus completely ragging free.

During the admission process, it is mandatory for all the students to sign an undertaking that they will not be engaged in any kind of ragging activities during their stay in the college campus. The committee, create awareness among all the stakeholders through posters, banners, leaflets, and workshop/seminars. Along with this, the committee members visit the entire campus on a daily basis to ensure the college as ragging free.
