Establishment section is one of the important sections of administration of our college. This section acts as a Personnel/HR department for the college. At present, all HR management work related to teaching faculties and non-teaching staff of Gandhi Mahavidyalaya is carried out by this section. It is headed by the Administrative Bursar and supported by an Asst. Administrative Bursar and a DEO.

This section, complies all letters from the Government and other stakeholders. It maintains service books of the employees. It deals with the increment, service verification, pay fixation, personal file of the employees. It deals with all service-related matters of the employee. It handles matters related to joining and relief of the employees. It deals with the engagement of Guest Faculties and their payment. It issues all Notices and Office Orders. It looks into the matter of infrastructural development, repair and renovation. It supervises all works related to Accounts Section, Examination Sections and Academic Section too.
